Portable cage for B&G macaw.

I have a blue gold macaw, still at bird store waiting fornher to be weaned. I plan on taking her with me when Invacation &!visit daughter in NC. I am not looking for a container for her to "travel" ink but one I can easily break down, store in my mini van & set back up when I get where I am going. A cage for her to stay in when visiting. Any suggestions out there would be very welcomed. Thanks.

Use a dog crate...you can attach perches and just put a towel down to absorb any messes...they collapse really easy too

If you check craigslist you might find a good size dog crate cheaper than in a pet store. Only downside is cleaning it. I have used my small dog crate for a quick travel crate for my Macaw. It was such a pain to clean but worked in a pinch and allowed me to see my Tweety bird and him me very easily.
