Possible plucking? ?

I just got finished giving sydney a bath and noticed bald spots on each of his wings. He has a lot of feathers coming in and I'm hoping he is just molting or playing too ruff but heres some pictures.

Since you say he is going through a moult, I would just keep an eye on him to be sure he's not plucking, though some birds can take 5-6 months to finish a moult.....

I dont know that hes molting I just know he has a lot of feathers coming in around his neck and head so I'm hoping. .I'm prob being paranoid like usual. He gets 4+ hours out of the cage a day..today he got 7 because I fell asleep with him in my room lol..hes not supposed to get that much.

Also what r your guys opinioms on covering? Ive been giving him 15 min time outs when hes screaming for attention which seem to work but I just read in a previois post that covering like that can caise plucking
