Me again here in the "tech support" forum

In the past I've uploaded pics to the website directly from my iPad or phone. I see I'm getting close to the end of my pic capacity.

If I sign up for photobucket or something like it, I would think I could copy/paste a link to click on to show a picture, but I'm not sure if I would be able to paste pics directly onto here.

I suppose I can use the photo album feature here and direct people to it, though it wouldn't be the same as seeing the pics directly on the thread post.

HOW is it that people can put many pics on a post and not run out of room?
I always feel stupid asking, but for the life of me I just don't know! Thanks :)

When you use Photobucket there are 4 links for each picture. When you copy and past the "IMG" link the picture shows here. The viewers don't have to go to my actual photobucket page. Example below:

All I did was copy and past the link.

PS....this can easily be done via mobile for phone or tablet with Photobucket's free app. That's how I post most of my pics.

Ohh, I see :45:
Thanks Karen! That was easy. I'll have to get the app for my pad and phone. :)

Let me know if you have any questions/problems. I'm not always great at giving instructions.

Using thekarens image, here is how her image looks in a post! You have the image tags IMG, then the URL of the image.... it should end in JPG, PNG, GIF, or something similar to that.

Photobucket is great for the technically challenged (no offense meant! many of us are or were at one point in time!) because it has the links you can choose from to post elsewhere. If you are more technically inclined, you could use more professional looking image hosting websites such as Flickr that people can look through, and it allows you to choose through various sized images to link to if you've uploaded a large image. Examples below...

And the original image can be found here. (original is actually 4,320 x 3,240 pixels!)
