Is this website legit? Have you order anything from thiis store? About Us

My safe bird store is one of the sponsers of this forum and yes they are legit and I have ordered from them before they are great people to order from ordered something tells me about half or more of this forum has ordered stuff from them at least the ones that live in the usa. Whenyou get a pkg from them it is like christmas. everything is wrapped and there are a couple of surprises for the birds as well as for the owner. I highly recomend them

I can never get their website to work so I have had to call to place orders. They do update their website frequently so what you see is what they have. Very friendly and their prices are pretty good too.

i love that site! i bought almost half my toys from there! good prices and huge selection. good service too. once a plastic toy i ordered broke in shipping. they payed for return shipping and sent a replacement for free! they always have little goodies inside too. like candy for you, foot toys for my bird! haha. also, i emailed them about joining the mail list. my dad made the account when i wasnt home so he didnt join but i wanted to. so they got me all set with that too. i would reccomend them to anyone with a bird.

We just ordered a large order from them and not only did we get our package in 2 days with the free delivery, they wrapped everything with bows and even gave us a "Owner" package of sorts with a nice painted swan and some candy.

This place really seems to care not only for your feathered companion, but for you as well. I would highly suggest using them!

OH! They also sent some extra hand toys for our children!

It may help to try using different browsers while trying to get to MSBS and making sure you have cookies enabled... or creating an account and signing in to place your orders.

I've used this store as well and once placed an order that arrived a day earlier than I thought it would, and it was held at the shipping company instead of being delivered a day ahead of schedule. I didn't mind waiting an 'extra day' to receive it as I was in no rush to get my package, however Kathie still contacted her rep about it!

I received my first order from them yesterday... It was all so beautifully packed, and was more like opening christmas presents rather than something you ordered...

I had to look back on my order, because of an extra bag with food toys and sweets I didn't remember ordering...

I'm very happy...

I have never used MSBS because I'm in the UK; but I know so many people in the US who have and theyve never had anything bad to say about Kathy and her service!

I am addicted to MSBS ! I order all my supplies from them. Once you order and recieve your first package so beautifully and lovingly packed you will understand, it's like crack for parronts. All items are packaged like gifts and they include a candy bag for you, my boys fight to help open the boxes for the candy, plus my birds all enjoy shredding the tissue paper everything is wrapped in.
My Ruby girl loves the cups I get from there, she uses them as a tool to scoop water into and drink from it.

I just received my first order from them, as well. I have never been more impressed (and I buy a LOT of pet supplies online for dogs, fish/reef, and birds). Everything was so thoughtfully wrapped, where you could just SEE how much care they had in their customer (and their ULTIMATE customer, your bird!). I, too, got free foot toys and wrapped gifts. I will be buying everything I can possibly order from them from here on out. Customer service doesn't get much better than that. Kudos to them for their unique business practices. I know a lot of big companies that could learn a lot from their operation.

The same here. I shop there regularly, and passionately, and have never had any problems with the website whatsoever.

And Kathie DOES ship internationally.
