Hi All, Just thought I'd share this video. How wet can a bird get before they get sick? Sheldon loves to get soaked at times, but he seems to dry out fairly quick. or should I end the bath before he gets that wet?

Looks like you got a bath too lol! Don't you love when they shake their wet feathers all over you Sheldon is an adorable bath taker. I love that he's small enough to bathe in a cereal bowl, that's just too funny to me Seems he learned he can't fly whilst wet there at the end? And no, I don't think theres such a thing as too wet of a bird (so long as it's nice and warm for them while they dry)!

That is adorable... JellyBean loves bathing; I have actually put a perch in the shower so when I shower he does also; sits with his head stretched up eyes closed as the warm mist goes over him.. they are so cute when they are all wet and feathery!!!

That looks just like Tazzy only right afterward he rolls in his food. It's the funniest thing ever. And his front feathers stick up in spikes so he looks like a feathered buckwheat. I love how conures bathe, so cute. Thanks for the video [emoji274]

My greenwing doesn't stop until she has absorbed three times her body weight in water...

It's good for them.

If you are concerned, a blowdryer, on it's lowest setting, an arms length away from the bird dries them right off. (And they love the pampering!)
