Red bump in front of my tiel's eye

It kind of looks like a pimple, without the whitehead part. I'm going for a followup visit to the vet on Monday, but does anyone know what this is?

Oh no I'm not sure. Hopefully someone on here knows and it's not too serious

The picture isn't very clear, he might of scratched it or something....hope the vet can give you more insight to what's going on.

Could be a cyst or abscess too

The doctor said it's a sinus thing that's causing the bump, and to keep him on his antibiotics another week. The good news is that his tail issue healed completely, and he weighs 95 grams, and he's only 12 weeks old. He's a good size.

phew, having pimples on birds is not nice. poor muffin. well im happy its nothing serious
