Reviews and Database Building

Could we build a database of reviews for avian clinics, breeders, and cages? Maybe just a subforum for reviews and then use that to add to an official database including information such as 1. hours, 2. specialities, 3. certifications, 4. contact, 5. members recommending.

This is a wonderful idea, but it would definitely be time consuming to put in place. I'll bring it up to the other Mods.
