Good for you and RIco! Dandelion greens are a great food for adding to chop or by themselves, and frankly are available almost anywhere for free (like my backyard, which is totally given over to the natural foliage). Just make SURE to rinse and clean thoroughly to wash off any animal waste or fertilizer or pesticides.

Yeah, he even nibbles on the petals! We don’t use any fertilizer or pesticides but I did wash thoroughly in case of animal waste, bacteria from bugs. Or the moose that just ran by that cause Rico to freak out!

Well, Rico seems to be flirting with the spinach. He was singing to it earlier too. Like, I understand adoring a food because of how good it tastes but that doesn’t mean you gotta be gross with it
