Rose Breasted Cockatoo Eating Problems

I recently purchased a rose breasted cockatoo that is about a month old. I am hand feeding it but I am also feeding it pellets from Harrisons. It does not eat it the pellets. I'm trying to to train it to eat on it's own. Should I feed it seeds? Any suggestions about feeding or any type of food I get for it would be welcomed. Thank you

What is "it's name"? Seeds only as a treat. It takes a while for them to get used to pellets if they have not had them before. Just be patient.
