drlisaort, I keep Ruby clipped and she has never tried to fly since she had an accident and flew into my glass front door once. Ruby just loves to sit on the cart and say Hello to every person she sees. She will also laugh at the people to stop to talk to her. She is a closet talker and saves most of her words for the humans in our home.

Thank you Boysmom! Maybe I'll take Oliver with me to PetMart this week when I pick up dog food. He LOVES his carrier and car rides butto date I've never gone into any stores with him. He's quite friendly. I do see someone in my neighborhood from time to time who has his birds on his bike handle bars. I've never gotten quite close enough to see if he uses a harness.

Oliver is chatty too and mostly when we are alone so everyone thinks I'm making it up that he talks!!!
