Is this safe to be used as a treat?

You have to be careful with iron supplement foods in burds. I see it has added iron..
Is pasta safe, yes I feed a little cooked pasta here and there. I will have to read my labels to see the iron content.

look at the vitamin part-- you can tell if they fortified it with added stuff and that's what you need to look out for---like iron, niacin, thiamine etc. They DO sell non-fortified (sometimes called, non-enriched) pasta, but it's harder to find. I found a gluten free pasta that Noodles likes and is pretty safe from what I could tell.

A piece of that will be fine, but not all the time-would find non-fortified if you are wanting to share more often

this looks okay- https://www.papavince.com/products/...sicily-italy-gourmet-artisan-macaroni-busiate (minus the sauce)

Banza is on of the gluten free brands I have given her as well- not sure if they have multiple types, but the one I got was safe (although you wouldn't want to go super crazy with it due to higher protein content in the chickpea noodles)
