Safest quiet bird to keep with a sun conure

Hello All,

What's the quiet bird I can safely keep with Boomer my sun conure? I think he is lonely and just stays in his happy hut until I get home from work. I don't want to keep him with another sun conure because they'd be too loud together and I live in an apartment. Please advise on a different kind on conure or completely different type of bird that is conure sized.

Don't you think another bird would be bothered by a loud bird? I would stick to conures.

Boomer is quiet and makes his little noises if you talk to him softly, so if he's with a quiet bird I'm sure he wouldn't screech at the top of his lungs like he would if he was with a loud conure.

Be aware whatever bird you get, you need a seperate cage for. First you'll need to quarantine your new bird, and you don't know if your Sun will get along with the new one, so two cages is safest.
