Saying Hi. New to the forum. Hyacinth owner

Figured after all this time I'd become part of the community here, looks like a nice forum. I have a 9 year old hyacinth male named Ichabod. Will browse the forum and contribute where I can as well as ask questions I'm sure. Hope to start to get to know everyone

We have had him since he was young and love him to death. He was our first and only parrot. We have a finch community too but its not the same. Everything has gone extremely well thus far (fingers crossed it stays like that for the rest of our lives) but figured I'd get aboard a forum for any needs in the future

Thank you everyone for the kind words. He is a great bird and we love him dearly. He can get cranky like any other but overall he is a big sweet heart. he is pretty big even for a hy being just shy of 1700 grams. I will continue to look and post throughout the forum.
