She'll be here soon, Am I missing anything??

Ok, so we have decided on a Blue Head Pionus. She will be here soon. I already have a cage, with TONS of toys to rotate, 6 different perches to rotate, a few sets of food/water dishes, a pile of newspaper for tray liner, cage cover, a bird hut, and several tabletop/floor stand perches for around the house. I have a 10 lbs bag of pellets, and my house is always overflowing with fruits and veggies, and eggs.

Am I missing anything?? I am open to all suggestions.

I was wondering about "poop off" or another cleaning agent. I use Nature's Miracle when I need it for other pets, but I didn't figure it was ok for bird stuff.
