. ...Should I be worried? ...
So we're not hearing reports of pet parrots dying in droves... but... would we if they were? Beyond that I really don't think the WHO or CDC have made it huge priority to determine whether we could potentially transmit this to our birdies. That basically means they don't consider pet birds the major vector of disease transmission. Also means they're not seeing huge die-offs.
So Should you be worried? IF IF worrying will help you to do what's within your Reasonable power to not bring these germs home to your birdie, then YES. But beyond that, NO. Do what you Reasonably can to Limit transmission. Treat your birds well, so as to maintain their good health.
Beyond that point, Worry does Not Help and can Possibly Harm. Non-productive Worry => Stress => Higher Blood Pressure => greater Risk of more serious outcome when you finally get the virus.
