Should i breed 11 month old lovebirds?

Hello everyone.
I bought a pair of lovebirds and the pet shop owner told me they are both 11 month old. They don't seem bonded and I saw them fighting. I want to breed them so should I let them settle for a week and then place the nest box or should I wait till they are 12 months old?
