Itā€™s not always sticking the opposite direction - I can kinda tuck it back in place. After opening her wings she does kinda twitch that wing a little like itā€™s somewhat bothering her. Should I just leave it alone or is there anything I can do for it?

The feather likely became bent and at this point is becoming looser and will fall out on its own. This can take a few hours to a few days depending on whether it is moving within the root bed or at the point that it is bent.

If it is moving where it is bent, clearly it will take longer. The feather can be cut at that point, but care must be taken not to cut the Parrot. This should only be done by someone who has the experience to stop bleeding if an accident occurs.
