My bird recently had polyuria so I gave him some activated charcoal 3 times a day for 3 days, so I gave my bird activated charcoal 3 times a day for 2 days so far And then I noticed his poop isn't in its normal shape I need to know if I should take him to an avian vet

Me personally, I would wait another day or two before doing anything.

Activated charcoal is to bind toxins, not meant to be used at the first sign of polyuria, which can happen simply because the bird had one too many pieces of fruit.

And that’s why I’d wait another couple days before thinking vet: you had a common issue that has many logical explanations not requiring any intervention, and then gave something that, while likely useless, is also harmless. You likely just mucked things up for a couple days. Stomach ache, as it were.

Don’t panic yet :)

The poop is a little watery for sure. But I would say that is exactly what my bird’s poops look like too when they eat watery vegetables like cucumber for example.
If this continues for more than 3 days, I would have him/her checked by an avian vet.
Also, is this poop after eating pellets? Or vegetables?
Thanks

I agree that if there aren't other signs, you are prob okay unless it continues.

If you think it might be caused by an intestinal bacteria of sorts, you often times can just bring a poop sample in a bad and ask them to run a gram stain. Fresher poop=best but stay in the fridge (gross I know) for a few hours if that's your only option
