I made gizzy a shower perch using PVC pipe, brackets, suction cups and vet tape

Can you advise how u install the suction cup into ur PVC pipes? N what r the brackets for?

I used stainless screws to attach the suction cups to the PVC. I would recommend first drilling a small pivot hole, as it will make things easier.
