Sleep Cage?

Do you recommend the use of a sleep cage for young parrots? Our living room is a great place for socialization and it's also where our bird cages are. We are bringing home our baby Caique in a few weeks and are wondering if the TV being on later at night will disturb her sleep. What are your thoughts?

A quiet place is a good idea if you have the room. That way they're not woken up a bunch of times and they get better rest.
