why does my INR of 2-3 years sleep during the day (active up to 11 am and sometime during 1-3) and goes hyperactive at night?

Sleep disorders happen to all creatures and it is easy for Parrots to develop such things in our houses as they are commonly over lighted and noisy long into the evening.

We follow the Sun's example of a day, which means that lighting and noise begin to fall early evening and continue until its dark and near silent out doors.

Within a couple of weeks you will begin seeing a like pattern with yourself and your Parrot.

It is important to remember that most Parrots in their natural range will nap after a large meal. So, a nap during the day is executable.

Okay!?!?

Hope that helps!

Turn off the lights!
Turn off the TV or at least turn it down. Same with your music!
