Sleepy head

I know Green Cheeks are great mimics but if I close my eyes and look as if I'm asleep Syd shuts his eyes too. This morning he came for a cuddle and we were listening to some music while I was busy on the computer and I started to rock in time as he cuddled into my cheek. I held him in one hand as he made happy little noises and then just closed my eyes. I was aware of him watching me carefully and peeked at him to see him close his eyes as if he was happy to sleep because I was. Bless him! We stayed thus for a couple of minutes.
I wonder if he was in a flock if they all sleep together as if on cue. I so value his trust shown so often in this way.

I have a similar observation with stretching. When we both rest and then I stretch, Zenek will stretch too.
