I've only had my budgies for 6 days.. But my little Tanzi finally let me touch her super gently on her belly with my finger! yay for small victories and progress! hope everyone is having a great day!

It really is good isn't it? I've just been trying to be calm and talk sweetly to them and started just putting my hand in the cage and just being there... So today I put some millet in my palm and just held my open hand near them and she was eating from her dish but put her foot on my hand for a bit! So a bit later I tried again with her because she had actually touched me (lol!) and put my finger near her and strokes her belly and she seemed to actually like it and let me do it several times! So exciting!
