So many pin feathers!

Loki is a January 4th baby... Is it normal that the back of his little head and neck are covered in pins!! He likes to be rubbed as it's clearly itchy but it's a mess of pins back there. Some have flaked off hike I'm rubbing.
I just don't understand why so many.

Our little guy is the same, heavy molt. It's normal, itchy, uncomfortable. Lots of baths helps!

Get him a nice dog dish. On the counter, will save your cage and give you both fun!

He likes to goof around in the sink when I'm washing their water bowls every day. Today he just thought about it and decided against it.
