A few weeks ago I took the solid plate out from under Venus' play top to give her more light. She likes Buddy's play top more so she's always on his since his is next to her's. I know it's because he is in front of the window where her cage has a smidge of window. When we start looking for a house one requirement is windows. Anyway, today I got this shot. I love how crazy and active she is, she is now a Bat Bird, lol.

Hahahaha! Don't you just love their crazy antics? This would be great to see under normal circumstances, but considering how sick she's been I'm doing backflips over here! Looks like she's well on her way to recovery. When is her next appointment, Tracy?

Next appointment is 5/30/15. The vet has been asking when Buddy is coming back for his check up. I haven't scheduled his check up, I have thought about taking them at the same time but Buddy would take the center stage. He's loud, nonstop noise, he's been there once and they remember him, lol. He made a statement for sure.

Looks like she is feeling MUCH better:D I love batbirds, it's so funny!

So glad to hear Venus is feeling better Tracey :D. Looking gorgeous as well!

Wow, just look at her. Nobody would ever think there was anything wrong with her. She's looking marvelous! :D You're doing such a great job with your pretty girl!

Thank you Wendy. She is even more active and is now making more sounds. Yesterday she insisted on being with me while I worked so I had her on my shoulder working on my PC. I was working with a coworker, had her on speaker phone and Venus joined the conversation, no words just sounds. Later I looked at her and she was asleep on my shoulder. I let her on my shoulder a lot because I can listen to her breath. She's not wheezing much but you can hear a flapping sound. Also when she breaths her tail doesn't move anymore. When I first took her in, the vet pointed that out. Over all she's pulling through so I'm not worried about her like before. I think Buddy worries about her more now, lol. She's always running around the outside of his cage, trying to get in his cage or move the perches. I fixed all, someone on the forum mentioned using bull clips, they work very well, lol.
