I may be a TAD biased, but I think they are just gorgeous.

On a side note, I see LOADS of people viewing the lovebird section all the time, but there's not a lot of posts... I was hoping this area would be a little more active. Maybe my posts will encourage others to share more.

Aack they are so cute I can't stand it. And I have a peach faced of my own! You make me wonder if he is lonely. Does he need a friend? I'm afraid he wouldn't be very welcoming to a newcomer to his home. He only has nasty things to say to the mirror birdie he sees when we are in the bathroom.

Your guys are so cute. Lovebirds are amazing little pets. Here's the parrot that owns my whole heart. He's one of my most favorite pet friends I've ever had in my entire life. His name is Kirby.

they are adorable! I just love lovebirds! I play with mine every day and they never get boring lol and they are so sweet

BIRDLUV, if you mean mine, they were handfed initially but then spent a couple months at a pet shop, so... they have the potential to be tamed, and I am going to work with them as soon as I see them settling in a little better. Right now I am still big and scary and they freak out if they see my hands coming, so I am moving slowly and talking softly for now.

Not that I am a bird expert but I would venture to guess that if he's happy playing with you, he doesn't need a friend.
