Species/Type Help

Please help me to identify what type of bird I have. She was given to us and I would like to learn as much as I can about her. She is around 12 inches, she is almost totally green except for the red on the underside of her tail, and the faint blue tinge above her beak.

I think you have a Blue Crown Conure, but it's just my opinion, and I he/she looks to be in somewhat rough shape.
