I woke up and gave him some warm goldenfeast this morning. He is eating very well! And yup beako, he was from a breeder. He seems eager to be held every time i go near the cage he tries to get my attention an when i was giving him hi water he was clumsily trying to step up lol. after i get my daughter on the bus im going to see if he wants to come out and play (and be a camera ham)

i love being a bird owner! no name yet...i really love rocky! and alex lol

my only issue so far is all the mouthing that sometimes gets too hard! i tell him no and take my hand away but i guess like a kid im so nervous im not gonna raise him right lol!
im scared im holding him too much, then not enough! im just so happy i finally have him!

I guess as long as he is behaving , play , handle , snuggle away
You kinda know when they have had enough or they need a time out.

at your disposal 24-7 !! So , having said that , how could you possibly go wrong ?

i do love his colors! i wanted a famale in the worst way but in the end went with a male because of the attitude difference. i love the colors in him so much now and the hidden red and blues are amazing!
so i just gave him a plate of fresh fruits and veggies, i guess they are more food puree-ers than eaters huh

thanks solobaby, that is good to go by! Hoping he can learn m-f he can have me all day but the weekends will mostly be cage days because we do so much running around.

luvmytoo: so funny you should say about get what you need! i got an email from the breeder this morning this is some of it:

We had another gentlemen that wanted him but it didn't feel right, so when you got ahold of me I knew he was ment to be yours I just felt good about it. I am so glad he is doing so great and that he has you to love him. He really is the best bird I have ever raised.
