Yeah, I don't think any of the medications or supplements that you have need to be put in the fridge, you've got antibiotic and anti-fungal tablets, eye drops, and then the Probiotics...So none of those need to be kept cold. The eye-drops are probably best kept out of direct sunlight, but no other special care needed. I'd just choose a cabinet or a plastic container with a latching lid to keep ALL of your bird's meds, first-aid supplies, etc. and keep everything together in one place so you always know where it is...I have a large, plastic tub that has a tray with little storage dividers sitting on the top that can be lifted out and then you have large storage below for bottles and such, and then it has a folding lid that latches over the tray. So I keep all the tubes of cream, eye drops, Qwik Stop, tweezers, clippers, etc. in the top tray, and then all the bottles of medications, supplements, antiseptics, corn starch, etc. in the bottom. That way I always know where everything is.
