Indian Ringneck
Hi all
So my IRN is about 15 months old now, and I've had him for 2 months.

Initially he was very very tame and would always step up and come to sit with me.
However recently I've noticed that when I approach his cage or play stand to play with him, he tries to bite me and attack me quite wildly.
Also, he then tries flying away and because his wings were clipped recently he ends up fluttering about and smacking his wings all over the show as he tries getting away.

I have no idea why the sudden change in behavior and what to do to get him tame and calm again

Its possible the stress of wing clipping made him fearful of hands. Just the process of being held by a stranger or you and all that scary stuff.

Id spend lots of time hand feeding treats like billion times a day. ( it can really help) and work to earn back trust.

Be very patient. Mine took a long time, and they are still something to work with.
