Just thought I'd give an update about my new girl Suki.
She and i are doing great. She doesn't scream for attention anymore and is more often than not saying her hello when I leave the room. Which is also coming along great her hello is sounding more and more like a humans. She also has a gibberish noise which I'm guessing means she's practicing her English but its so so cute.
I'm also training her a few commands, I'm teaching her to turn 360degrees and shes picking it up great, I'm almost able to just say turn around and a small gesture and she does it willingly without a food lure. She is also learning the command come here, most of the time she'll walk over to me eagerly, other times something else is more interesting. But we are making good progress.
I've found out she loves ripping up paper so I strung some strips together and hung it in her cage and she just LOVES tearing it apart. It makes her very happy. More than the plethora of expensive toys I bought for her! Haha
I love her so much and I think she's starting to really like me too.
