Sun Conure Licking

Hi, I have a sun conure who is about 1 year old. Today I noticed he is constantly licking the inside of his beak. I'm not sure why he is doing this for a moment I though he had something stuck inside.

I read about beak clicking but this is not it. Any ideas whats he doing?

Make food got stuck inside? Try looking to see. A vet check might be required if he wont cooperate.
