I have a 1 year old conure named buddy I just noticed this almost bulge like thing in his inner corner it doesn’t hurt him or seem to bother him in any way the rest of his eye is fine and his other eye is normal I’m not sure what it is or could be ? He is fine he’s being normal eating drinking active. Could it be stress related ? I got a new bird ā€œrainā€ about a month ago and they are adjusting to each other. Should I take him to the vet ?

Odd, it does look like he has a bump there. Is he scratching at it or anything? If it were me I'd probably call my vet to ask their opinion on bringing him in.

No scratching other than a usual scratching but he is rubbing it against things here and there and I see a pin feather right on top of it I’ve never seen this before but I will absolutely call my vet ! Thank you!

If he's rubbing it I would take him in because it sounds like it might be itchy. You're welcome and I hope he feels better soon!

I would bring him to am avian vet. Bumps like this make me think maybe it's an infected tear gland or feather follicle. Like a walled off abscess. It would need to be drained and antibiotics given. If its an abscess and it gets bigger and bursts on its own it may be a bigger problem. If treated now he would most likely recover fine.
I have a budgie that had a swelling on the edge of his cere. The vet drained it of pus and he recovered quickly.

Yup, I would take him to your Certified Avian Vet - no dog and cat vet! It never hurts to have a medical question answered by a qualified vet.
