Taking my Boss to the Bird Hut tomorrow!!!

My boss is coming tomorrow afternoon for our monthly meeting. He loves Zilla and is happy she is doing so much better now.

He was telling me a while back about his family having a Quaker for years, but it was his daughters and she took it with her when she moved out. He's been thinking about getting another one! He misses it more than he thought he would!

They have a beautiful green Quaker I noticed yesterday, so of course I had to call him this morning and tell him about it! I'm such an instigator!

So in our conversation we decided instead of going to lunch somewhere we would go to the bird hut (he's never been) and he can see if this Quaker is the "one" for him and I can see Bean again! (Ulterior motives, I know)

I don't think I've ever been this excited to have the "monthly meeting" with my boss!

I am an enabler and an instigator! My boss is great though, and was really happy there is a Quaker he can see! He may get there and see all the gorgeous birds and end up getting something completely different than what he thought he was gonna get! They have 5 baby CAG's just weaned a few months ago that are adorable!:54:

I will do my best to remember to get some pics of the chubby Bean while I'm there!

How exciting, Amanda! I say when an opportunity to instigate or enable comes along and a bird could get a great home in the process, you just have to go with it. Give Bean a skritch for me after you take some photos. I can't wait to hear what your boss decides. Quakers are tricky, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the quaker in question adopts your boss.
