What is the definition of Tame? If a bird is hand raised it that considered tame?

Being hand-raised doesn't necessarily mean they're tame. They can still be fearful and uninterested in interacting with humans.

Excellent definitions!! With parrots as technically undomesticated companions, parront expectations will vary! Some will do better with large and colorful stuffed parrot!!
