temprature for alexandrines

Can alexandrines withstand temprature of 35 to 40 degree Celsius.
 
Maybe for a short period of time, but most parrots are most comfortable between 22c-26c, and around 45%-55% humidity.

I would think long-term exposure to 35c+ would be hard on the parrot, depending on the amount of air movement (say, 35c+ outdoors would be better than in a closed, still room), and the humidity.
