The foster saga of the cherry headed conure

So my local parrot club has a need for someone to take in a cherry headed conure until he finds a home. The downside is that I live in an apartment and although a tolerant bunch, I think a cherry head will be a bit too much for my neighbors. WHich leaves the club in a predicament, as then there's no one to foster the boy. The woman who currently has him is going on a business trip and won't be able to care for him for a few weeks.

Sadly, I see you and your parrot club are nowhere near me. I checked because I had a wonderful rescue cherry head and that is a type of parrot I’d love to have. My guy was blind and had been abused terribly, but once he realized he was safe with me he was the biggest love.

Anyhow I doubt you could get this bird to the midwestern US but if you could…
