I don't have anything to do at this moment (during writing) - I am away from my fids waiting another hour for my lecture... When I was sitting on the campus, few hooded crows came close to me... And then I was curious if they live in America too - nope. And because I had nothing to do, I decided to take photos 😂
(Ps. Because they escaped, I found another one)

What do you mean there no beautiful vested crows in America? They're so gorgeous and my favourite!

I didn't say it. I meant hooded crows and I don't think they are beautiful/gorgeous.
Didn't know it was their official name. Such a shame, I really like them :(

Sorry, I misunderstood you at the beginning, because I have never heard about any "vested" crows😅
Here are some other names

I'm pretty dumb when it comes to wild birds!!!
I always imagined these crows are so posh and wearing waistcoats :D

my mom didn't know how they are named and called them "dirty magpies" :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
For me I called the magpies "fancy aggressive crow wannabes". ...I really had no idea what we called them!

Our Crows and Ravens in North America can become overly interested in Humans and many have little to no fear of us either. We commonly have Crows that will visit us while we are sitting on our porch at our cabin. If you have the chance, enjoy a few moments with these very intelligent creatures!!

This time I am not away from my fids but I decided to post it here...

It's the first time when I see ducks so far from the nearest water.... And the first time when I see ducks from my window 😅

Not unusual for Ducks to be seen further from water sources as predators are growing in number and commonly hunt those areas heavy.

I love crows! I actually have a crowd that hangs out in my front yard waiting for me because I toss peanuts to them around 6am every morning. Theyre very smart!! They keep leaving shiny pieces of plastic trash near my front door though I assume trying to woo me 🥲
