Parrots
Mango - Poicephalus Jardine
When I'm really busy, I just chop every possible veggie, fruit and beans, I mix them together in a bowl and I keep it in the fridge. I get Mango's eating bowl and I fill it with this mix, and he eats almost everything.
Since our food is varied, my parrot's is too. We both win !

Well done! Might want to add in some grains for more variety!

Curious if you leave this in the cage with your bird?? I have been in the habit of leaving pellets during the day when i am at work and feeding fresh foods for the evening meal because i'm scared of leaving food out all day if he doesn't eat it??

He will eat once hungry, unless he has a behavioral problem then this is another thing.
But you can always feed him, even if he has a full bowl, he'll always prefer taking from the hand !
Thanks Monika ! Is it okay to give him raw grains, like uncoocked lentilles ?
