Tips for very aggressive BCC

My SILs birds that we took in are doing well. The Amazon is sweet, but LOUD!

The blue crown Conure hates women, she was BILs baby. So my hubby has to be the one to handle her. The birds are bonded, so if I try to interact with the Amazon, the BCC will nip at him.

Any tips on getting the BCC to be my bud or do y'all figure she's just set in her ways (14 yrs old)?

Already have a Cockatoo that hates me. It's frustrating caring for an animal that you don't really like, don't want to have that happen again.

Any particular food the conure likes? That was my first step forward with winning over my Quaker when I first took him in. ( He would bite to draw blood). I would feed him
Sunflower seeds through the bars of his cage. Not the healthiest treat I know, but it was a special treat for me to hand feed. Could you and hubby take care of the new birds together so the conure sees you as a couple instead of one friend and one enemy? Even trying something that seems silly like reaching into the cage together to take out and replace food bowls etc. Good for you, taking in these two birds! They are lucky to have you
