Treats

Hi
During training sessions, my GCC receives millet and occasionally dried papaya as treats; how much of these is a good amount (not too much) to give her?

Also, in clicker training, is the click supposed to eventually replace the treat?

I'm not sure about how many treats you can give, but so long as she has a healthy diet other than the treats and you're not giving her mostly treats or anything I wouldn't worry too much. The click can replace the treat, but it's better to just phase the treat and the click out together so that eventually you don't have to do either. For instance, after she's learned a trick pretty well you can start having her do it two times before she gets a click and a treat, and then you can have her do it three, or four, until eventually you just click and give a treat once every couple of weeks or so. That way you won't have to do it regularly.
