tree branches for perches

my brother just gave me some branches from a tree called "poplar". is it ok to put in lucys cage ? do i need to do something to them first? or these are toxic and put back outside? all info is appreciated to the max

But yes, poplar is safe-- as long as it's pesticide/chemical free

yes it is free of chemicals and what not. can i let her eat the leafs do you know . thanks i will check the website out.
