Fresh Food is a habit I have trouble keeping up! I don’t usually include beans or anything of that sort. Usually just veggie & fruit with maybe rice or pasta. I do sprouts sometimes though. Large chunks since mashed up chop isn’t a favorite around here.

Jicama, Mustard Greens, Bell Pepper, Carrot, Apple, Zucchini, Yellow Squash

And my not so great helper...destroyed the paper towels, knocked over a bowl of water and got everything wet and tried to steal the paperwork sitting on the lower counter, then ended with beating up the towel...

Yeah that’s Titan not helping so much Loki the little sun conure will eat macaw pellets when offered lol. Weird bunch around here!
