i can't see it in your picture. But anyways it might get better or fall out. that happens some times. I wouldn't worry about those backwards feathers.

I can't see it, but don't worry. It will either straighten out or drop out and be replaced. Tina has a tail feather that is completely twisted upside down right now. She has been molting them out so most likely it will fall out soon.
