I have a pair of GCC, they are ready to breed soon and the female is already "in heat".

I have 2 cockatiels, we assumed both to be male, but one is 5 months, the other is about 2 months.

All 4 birds are kept in a breeding cage that has 2 shelves and 4 bays that can be separated by divider. The 2 tiels are separate by divider on the lower half.

Recently, one of the 4 has started making a sound that I can't find a recording of, or possible explanation for anywhere, and I can't get recoding myself or find out who's making it, because they all quiet down completely if we enter the room.

So it started at the same time as the younger tiel would start showing personality and the female conure when into heat.

It's a single peep/beep sound, not a chirp. It's slightly higher pictures in the middle, and last about a second. Its drawn out slightly. It doesn't sound like a negative should like fear or anger. And it only happens when everyone is making their normal happy noise.

I've only had the first bird since December and they were all under 1 year. I'm new to birbs.

Both tiels chirp and can talk. But the younger one is not only quieter, it also had a softer vocal pallet. It just isn't as loud when making noise, and this is likely due to the other one being older and thus more dominant.

But I highly suspect that is the younger tiel making the sound. I'm hoping it's a girl, because it's an albino.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Sounds like you have very young birds and are open to letting them open breed. Commonly, young birds are not successful as they are either not ready or don't get in right. You really need to visit the "Breeding/Raising Parrots" Forum and read the Threads at the very top of the Forum to get an understanding of what you are getting yourself into based around, needed knowledge, equipment, monies, extensive time, etc, etc, etc... Breeding is not an undertaking for a Do It Yourself as it requires extensive knowledge.

What sounds a young bird is making in a group of birds can have a vast number of meanings. As a result, very difficult for anyone to guess at what it could mean.

I'll be breeding for a local shop owner with years of experience, under their guidance.

The conures were under a year when we got them, they are 15 months now. They came with a DNA tested male certificate from the breeder when the shop owner bought them. On a hunch after hearing some of their behaviors, she had the one tested again, and it was found to be female. By this point, the two were already very bonded and we didn't want to split them up, so she asked how I felt about breeding for her to sell at the shop. But suggested that I not let them breed until around 18 months.

When I agreed after lots of research, she then asked me if I would be interested in some cockatiels as well. She can't keep tiels or GCC or Sun in stock. She needs more breeders, and local ones.

I'm only planning to have the 1 pair of GCC and 2 pairs of tiels for breeding.
