Update on Zoey

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a quick update on my new GCC Zoey. She's settled in wonderfully, couldn't have asked for a better bird. She's incredibly affectionate, and loves to snuggle. She absolutely adores having her head scratched, and I'm pretty sure she'd be happy if that's all I did all day! She hasn't bitten or nipped once, or even tried to! And if you had seen her in the pet store, you would consider that a miracle like I do! I took her back to the store the other day to let the employees see what a difference, and they couldn't believe it. We're doing great and having fun, and I can really tell she's gained a ton of confidence and trust in me, as she now steps up on command, something she refused to do just a few days ago. So once again, thank you guys for the info and advice you gave me leading up to her coming home, I don't believe there's any way things would be going so great if it hadn't been for all of you.

Haha I know, right? All the photos are taken with my phone, and she has now decided it is her mission to try and eat the soft plastic casing on it. I have to keep it out of beak range at all times, she got two chunks already, lol.
