Likely mean Mate!
Yes, but a Hand Raised Parrot has limited if any ability to raise a chick and you likely have little or none as well. That is a combination that will assure that if an egg occurs, no one will know what to do and if the chick lives, it will like die shortly of starvation.

IMHO, separate you're Parrots so that they have their own cages.
