Very Frustrated with TOPS

I am switching my Cockatiel to an organic pelleted diet (TOPS). Sadly, I simply CANNOT order it on the website (MSBS). I've tried multiple times to check out, and it doesn't go through. I don't know if I'm putting wrong information in, or if the website is malfunctioning.
I don't want to purchase from the TOPS website, because it's much to expensive.
Has anybody else had this issue?

But I would just call MSBS and let them know about the issue because it may be a site malfunction that they would want to fix.
