Very Lean.. worried

My Indian Ring Neck Parrot is now about 2 1/2 years old. (Male). His general appearance is quite healthy. Has a very shiny and clean look. Very active. But a little worried about his weight. He looks very thin compared to other ring necks in the wild. Please advise. Is this normal. Can his diet be changed in any way? Feeding him A large variety of Fruits and Vegetables, Nuts (Walnuts, Cashews, Peanuts). Also Sunflower seeds.

Do you have a gram scale? The best way to know is to actually weigh him and then feel around his keel to determine if he's underweight.
