Well that was an interesting behaviour...

I just gave Kyo a pumpkin seed. She did not eat it, hold it, or play with it. I watched her, standing on my desk, carefully sit it on her foot and stand with it laying there for about a minute. I have no idea what she was thinking, but it had me giggling and she probably liked that Wish I had my camera near by.
